BENEVOLENT FUND : The Annual Killaloe Priests' Benevolent Fund collection will be taken up next week-end. This collection supports Retired Priests and Priests in poor health in our Diocese. Envelopes for this collection are in our boxes.

PAKISTAN COLLECTION : The collection last week-end for Pakistan realised €5,304. The Parish Pastoral Council approved the forwarding of this money directly to Sr. Rebecca Conlon, formerly of the Main Street , who is a Columban Missionary in the Synd area of Pakistan . Sr. Rebecca is already using this money to provide food and shelter for the flood victims in her area. Anyone who has not donated and wishes to do so can put their donation into an envelope marked “ Pakistan ” and put same into the collection basket at Mass or hand it into the Parish Office. The Parish Pastoral Council wishes to thank all who contributed so generously and also those who collected.

LIFE IN THE SPIRIT SEMINAR : The Miltown Malbay/Doonbeg prayer groups are running a Life in the Spirit Seminar every Thursday from 23 rd September to 4 th November from 7.30-9.30 p.m. in Doonbeg Hall (entrance at car park).
